One of our favourite running shoes from ASICS is the GEL-Kayano 18 series. This lightweight running shoes feature enhanced stability and a breathable upper mesh that keeps your feet cool and reduces irritation. We specifically loved how well padded the shoes were, which provided the ankles great support and cushioning. While the sole provides good enough grip to keep your feet focused and on to the ground.

The Fitbit wireless activity and sleep tracker allows walkers and runners to accurately track daily steps, distances, calories burned and activity level using the built-in 3D motion sensor and altimeter technology. Users are also able to wirelessly upload their data to the FitBit.com website allowing users to monitor and track their daily progress. Using the website, users are able to compete with friends, earn badges, keep track of their food and weights etc.
